Banana Oat Bars

These healthy, easy-to-make, egg-free/flour-free bars are the perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
  • 5 bananas, mashed
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 1½ teaspoon flax seed meal
  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ tablespoon brewer's yeast (opt.)
  • 2½ cups oats
  • ⅔ cup raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
  3. In large bowl, mash bananas until smooth
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except oats and raisins
  5. MIx together well
  6. Add oats and raisins
  7. Spread mixture evenly onto bottom of pan
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
